Andrew Owen

Magistrate Judge Division 3

Andrew began his law enforcement career during his ten plus active-duty years in the Marine Corps upholding the Uniform Code of Military Justice and the U.S. Constitution. Andrew served with honor and distinction throughout his Marine Corps career serving as squad leader, crash investigator, SWAT Operator and his greatest honor was to be hand selected to serve with the Marine One Helicopter Squadron. Where Andrew led a variety of security missions around the world in support of the President of the United States.

Andrew continued his law enforcement career with the Bosque Farms Police Department where he served for over twenty years spending the last five years as the Chief of Police. Andrew made the decision to retire from law enforcement and realized he can still serve his community and have an impact on the judicial system for the residents of Valencia County by running for Division III Magistrate Judge.

The magistrate judge’s power is limited but significant, primarily handling preliminary criminal matters (issuing warrants, setting bail, initial appearances) and minor civil/criminal cases, traffic violations, and landlord-tenant disputes. A Magistrate Judge acts as an arm of the court, managing routine legal processes which makes Andrew’s strong working knowledge of state statutes and the procedural rules of the court along with his law enforcement experience an exceptional candidate for Division III Magistrate Judge.

Andrew’s campaign is based on bringing Justice with Integrity” to the bench for Division III Magistrate Judge.

  • Justice is the process or result of using laws to fairly judge cases, redress wrongs, and punish crimes

  • Integrity involves trustworthiness and incorruptibility to a degree that one is incapable of being false to a trust, responsibility, or pledge.

As your Division III Magistrate Judge, Andrew will evaluate the facts of the case and determine their relativity to the statute(s) being presented. It is important to weigh the facts based on any and all mitigating or extenuating circumstances. The ultimate goal of any case before any Judge is the unbiased decision to achieve what is most important for society.

If you’re ready for “Justice with Integrity” then please vote for Andrew Owen Division III Magistrate Judge.

A devoted father of three, Doug is running for Governor to restore accountability, strengthen families and communities, and build a freer, more prosperous future for every New Mexican.

Greggory D. Hull

Governor

Let’s Get to Work New Mexico

Issues: Crime – Prioritize public safety, Jobs and the economy – “Pro Business Mayor”, Education – Children are New Mexico’s greatest asset, Infrastructure – Sustainable infrastructure, Protecting New Mexico’s Children – Every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment to grow up in, and Healthcare – Access to quality healthcare is a vital issue for all New Mexico

Greggory D. Hull has proudly called New Mexico home for more than 35 years, with Rio Rancho at the heart of his family’s life and service. Greggory and his wife, Carrie, raised their five children here — all graduates of local public schools — and are now proud grandparents to nine grandchildren, with three generations rooted right here in New Mexico.

Before entering public office, Gregg built and operated two successful small businesses for over a decade. As an entrepreneur, he understands firsthand the challenges business owners face — from meeting payroll to navigating tough regulations. That experience shaped his commitment to strengthening the local economy, supporting job creation, and cutting unnecessary red tape.

In April 2014, Greggory Hull was elected Mayor of Rio Rancho. Voters reaffirmed their confidence in his leadership with re-elections in March 2018 and March 2022, making him the longest-serving mayor in the city’s history.

During his tenure, Mayor Hull prioritized infrastructure improvements, strengthened public safety, and driven meaningful economic development. Duke Rodriguez

Governor

Issues: Crime – Safe communities we can be proud of, Healthcare – Access you can count on, Education – Preparing every child for a future they’ll be proud of, Safety – Dignity, stability, and homelessness solutions, and Sustainability – A future we can be proud to pass on.

Duke Rodriguez isn’t a career politician — he’s a New Mexican who understands struggle, opportunity, and the power of hard work.

Born to a mother on Medicaid and parents who worked in farm fields, Duke’s journey began with humble roots. In 1971, his father sent Duke, his siblings, and their mother to Silver City, New Mexico — and tragically passed away before he could join them. Raised by a hardworking single mother who never stopped fighting for her children’s future, Duke learned early what sacrifice, resilience, and determination truly mean.

Those lessons shaped his life — and his passion for serving New Mexico.

After building a career in accounting and learning from strong mentors, Duke worked his way up to become COO of Lovelace Health System, one of the largest healthcare systems in the state. There, he saw firsthand how critical healthcare is to families and communities across New Mexico — and how urgent the need for reform has become.

Duke later served as Secretary of the New Mexico Human Services Department under Gary Johnson, giving him direct experience in how government policies impact healthcare access and affordability. He believes New Mexico is now at a healthcare crisis point — and that bold, practical solutions are needed.

He is advocating for innovative ideas like Guaranteed Healthcare for New Mexicans — focused on reducing waste, consolidating systems, recruiting and protecting doctors, and supporting nurses and technicians — without raising taxes.

Duke also took on government bureaucracy in his fight to expand access to medical cannabis, seeing firsthand how responsible use can bring healing and relief to veterans with PTSD and patients battling cancer. For him, leadership means combining smart business practices with compassion and results.

Now, Duke Rodriguez is running for Governor with a simple message: this campaign is a job interview — and he’s ready to earn the job. Grounded in real-world experience, shaped by hardship, and driven by solutions, Duke believes New Mexico deserves leadership that works as hard as its people do.

His story

Engineer, Analyst, Investor, Public Servant

James Ellison grew up on the Georgia coast, where a strong work ethic and a deep sense of community responsibility were instilled in him from an early age. He studied political science and physics at Clemson University, then headed north to MIT, where he earned two master's degrees — one in mechanical engineering and one in technology and policy.

After MIT, James went overseas to work with a global power company. He served as director of a 4,000-megawatt power plant, and as director of a 3,500-employee power distribution company serving an area the size of Maryland. He had overall responsibility for these two companies, including responsibility for the budget for both, and responsibility for rate case filings for the distribution company. Running large organizations in a foreign country, making financial decisions with real consequences, and navigating complex regulatory environments — that experience shaped the way James approaches leadership and public service today.

He moved to New Mexico twenty years ago with his wife to take a job at Sandia National Laboratories. They bought a plot of land in the East Mountains and built a house. Their two wonderful boys were born and raised here. New Mexico is home.

At Sandia, James was a member of a team that analyzed critical national infrastructure for the Department of Homeland Security. He worked on both rapid responses to events such as Hurricane Katrina, as well as longer-term analyses such as projecting the impacts of a Southern California earthquake on the ability to supply natural gas to the Los Angeles area. The work demanded rigorous analytical thinking under pressure, often with high stakes and incomplete information.

He took a year off from his work at Sandia National Laboratories to study at Stanford University, where he earned a Master's in Management.

James served as a Commissioner on the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission in 2023 and 2024, where he reviewed and approved utility rate cases through rigorous financial analysis — ensuring that rates were fair, just, and reasonable for New Mexico families and businesses. It was hands-on experience applying financial expertise to serve the public interest.

Why State Treasurer

His experience in managing the budgets of two companies, business education, and analytical expertise — combined with the securities analysis and portfolio management training necessary to earn the Chartered Financial Analyst designation — make him well-suited to be our next State Treasurer.

James isn't a career politician. He's someone who has managed large budgets, led complex organizations, analyzed critical infrastructure under pressure, and earned one of the most rigorous credentials in investment management. He believes New Mexicans deserve a Treasurer who manages their $20 billion the way a professional investor would: with discipline, transparency, and accountability.

Ramona L. Goolsby

Secretary of State

My life has been shaped by service in healthcare, military duty, ranching, business ownership, and now conservation leadership on the Ciudad Soil and Water Conservation District Board. These roles have all required the same things: hard work, ethical decisions, accountability, and putting others first.

DONATE: https://secure.anedot.com/ramonanm/donate

I entered this race because I deeply love this state and its people, and I’ve seen firsthand how concerns over transparency can undermine confidence in our elections.

As your Secretary of State, I will work to:

Ensure that every eligible voter is able to vote, and every legal vote is counted accurately
Support commonsense voter ID so New Mexicans can have confidence that every ballot is tied to an eligible voter

Maintain accurate voter rolls by removing outdated registrations for people who have moved, died, or become ineligible, while protecting lawful voters from mistakes

Enforce campaign finance and lobbying laws fairly, consistently, and without political favoritism
Run the office with professionalism, transparency, and respect for taxpayer dollars

I’ll make the office truly responsive to the people, prioritizing trust in every vote counted.

With the June 2 primary approaching, your support means everything as we build this movement across the state. Whether it’s sharing the website with friends and family, signing up to volunteer, or contributing what you can, every step forward brings us closer to elections New Mexicans can believe in.

Michael Jack Perry

Commissioner of Public Lands

My A Vision for New Mexico’s Land, Water, and Future

As a lifelong conservationist, land manager, and public servant, Michael Perry brings a boots-on-the-ground perspective to the role of New Mexico State Land Commissioner. His priorities reflect a deep respect for the land, a commitment to local communities, and a belief in common-sense stewardship that serves both people and nature.

Responsible Land Management

Michael believes our state lands must be managed with balance, integrity, and long-term vision. His decades of experience both in the field and at the State Land Office have taught him that thoughtful, science-based land practices are key to preserving our landscapes and supporting New Mexico’s economy.

Protecting Water & Watersheds

Water is life in New Mexico. Michael has worked hands-on with watershed restoration projects and understands the vital connection between healthy land and clean, sustainable water. He supports proactive, collaborative strategies to manage our waterways and protect agricultural and municipal water supplies.

Wildfire & Flood Mitigation

New Mexico is facing increasing threats from catastrophic wildfires and post-fire flooding. Michael has seen the consequences firsthand. He is committed to strengthening interagency collaboration, restoring forest health, and investing in long-term wildfire prevention and recovery planning.

Local Solutions for Diverse Communities

Michael knows that New Mexico’s landscape is incredibly diverse and so are its people and communities. From oilfields to farmland, desert to forest, and villages to cities, no one-size-fits-all solution will work. He is dedicated to listening to local voices and tailoring land policies to fit the unique needs of each town, tribe, and county.

Access to Public Lands

Michael strongly supports public access to state trust lands for hunting, fishing, recreation, and cultural uses. He believes our public lands belong to the people and should be protected and accessible for future generations.

Support for Energy, Agriculture, and Rural Economies

Energy production plays a critical role in funding New Mexico’s public schools and services. Michael supports the responsible  development of oil and gas resources while ensuring land and environmental protections remain in place.

He also recognizes the growing importance of renewable energy in New Mexico’s future. As Land Commissioner, he will work to expand opportunities in wind, solar, and geothermal energy ensuring that New Mexico continues to lead the way in both traditional and renewable energy sectors.

Equally important, Michael understands that New Mexico’s farmers and ranchers are the backbone of our rural communities and essential to our way of life. He is committed to advocating for their rights, protecting grazing access, and ensuring that agriculture remains a vital part of our state’s economy and land use strategy.

Bipartisan Leadership & Accountability

Michael is not here to be a Republican or Democrat Land Commissioner, he’s here to be a New Mexican Land Commissioner. He believes in transparency, accountability, and working across the aisle to deliver real results for the people of New Mexico.

Conservation Over Preservation

Michael believes in active land stewardship through conservation not passive preservation. While preservation often seeks to lock land away from use, conservation balances ecological health with economic productivity and public access. Michael supports land policies that allow for responsible grazing, recreation, energy development, and habitat restoration ensuring that our lands remain productive, resilient, and available to future generations. His boots-on-the-ground experience has shown that active management is the best path forward for New Mexico’s diverse and dynamic landscapes.

Samuel Isaiah Kane Sr

Attorney General

Sam Kane is a seasoned attorney with decades of experience defending the rights of New Mexicans. Though not born here, he chose New Mexico as home—and is committed to making it safer, stronger, and more just for everyone.

With real-world legal experience, Sam understands where our system falls short and is ready to deliver practical solutions as Attorney General.

Joshua James Ryan Lawrence

State Auditor

New Mexico, I’m Joshua James Lawrence and I am running to be the Republican State Auditor of New Mexico.

We have till March 17. We still need to collect around 3,000 signatures to hit the mark to be the Republican write-in candidate. But we’re not stopping there. Let’s hit 10k-100k. Not for show—for proof. Proof that patriots, church folks, moms, dads, ranchers, farmers, badges of all kinds…we’re done letting Democrats run this state like it’s their playground.

They’ve wasted your tithes. Hid the books, opened the border while your kids learn CRT instead of civics. I’m the only Republican standing up—against the same old incumbent who thinks God’s truth can wait.

This isn’t politics. It’s stewardship. Full audits. No more secret spending. No more handouts to insiders. Your money. Your children’s future. Your rights—protected, not promised.

Send this link to every brother/sister in Christ, every veteran, every neighbor who still prays before a meal. We’re not asking permission. We’re claiming it.

And sign Larry Lead Marker for Senate—he’s taking on Ben Ray Luján. Time to clean house, starting with prayer and ending with votes.

God bless New Mexico. Let’s fight like we mean it.”
